Thanks for sharing that with us. I will relay that to the home office in Rancho Cucamonga.

I've been an expat since the early 70's, I get back often enough that I'm not a stranger and I own a home in the States. Whats been scaring me is adjusting to living full time in the US and repatriating assets without getting killed by the IRS (i have been filing and declaring income over the years). Maybe retiring in Costa Rica is the best idea.

Walking through a minefield comes to mind !:)
