Stock Screening / Analysis Programs
 

Does anyone here do their own market research and stock analysis?

After seeing the ads for various programs (i.e. VectorVest, ChannellingStocks, etc.) I was just wondering if anybody had bought into any of these programs and used them. If so, would you recommend any of them?

I don't want to waste any money and useless black box programs, but if someone could recommend a useful stock screener / analyzing tool, I'd appreciate it. (and so would anyone hawking this thread).

Let me ask the wife - she works in the financial / investment industry...

I do my own research, or to be more exact, I choose which individuals/reports to follow. I have averaged 40% per year for the last five years (since I went on my own). If you want more information, PM me.
