The Real Deal
Marty and his team are the real deal! My loan officer was Ashley G. I tried about 4 other places who told me “good luck qualifying with your regional pay scale” but THL was finished long before closing. I have recommended them to anyone who asks!

Thank you Sir! Ashley is awesome! We’ve been doing loans for fellow pilots for 10+ yrs and got this down to a science along with the underwriters we’ve educated along the way. We also undercut the competition with our rates because we make our airline salaries too and aren’t greedy. We’d rather be relational than transactional...we don’t advertise and just live on past client referrals like yours! Really appreciate it and congrats!

Just finished up my second transaction with Ashley at THL. One of the best things about Marty and his team is understanding pilot pay and how to work with underwriters that don't get it. Takes quite a bit of the headache out of the question. Got a fantastic rate and Ashley almost always starts answering your email before you hit send on the question.

Thank you! Ashley is truly amazing...only ever gets praised! Never going to go wrong with a word of mouth only, pilot owned/operated mortgage lender with low over head. Give a great rate and service and then you tell your friends...been the business model for 12yrs and isn’t going to change as long as I own Trident. Thanks again for the repeat business!
