Thanks. Never seen it put in that terminology.

Their fees could not be beat, closed in record time, and they speak “pilot lingo”. In other words they are super friendly to those in the aviation industry. That’s it carry on! If you want practically and hands off process Luis is the man for the job.

Congratulations on closing! I'm glad we were able to help you refinance your home in a fast and efficient manner. Sometimes investors don't quite understand the way pilots are paid, especially when it comes to leaves and FMLA issues. This is what sets Trident apart from the bunch. Thanks for trusting me with your new mortgage. Don't hesitate to reach out if I can ever be of service to you again in any way!

Is it possible to refi while on permanent furlough from one airline with a CJO in hand for another (yes, can get canceled at any time, I know)? Great equity, never late on anything, some means of income still but not like before, however holding decent savings. Thanks

Closed last week on 30 year jumbo VA refinance 2.25 zero origination, zero points, and $3,500 credit towards closing. This covered all my closing costs except my prepaids which don’t count. Actually, my total costs were about $2,600 so I actually got paid to lower my rate. 😁

Thanks again for knocking it out of the park. Here is my loan officers information:

Thanks Sir! Thanks for trusting us again and always fun getting to give great deals! Our VA rates/pricing is still excellent for anyone who is VA eligible. Jon and Luis are great loan officers.
