Default B-Fund deductibility: both spouses pilots

Is any one of you a pilot for a major which has a 401(a) fund (annual contribution limit around $55,000) who also has a spouse for a major with the same type of plan?

Are ALL the contributions non-taxable or is there some sort of other maximum annual contribution for married, dual-earners, filing jointly?

Thanks!

You both can make the maximum contribution.

The only issue I can think of is income limit for Roth outside of the plan.

As far as company and employee contributions, within the plan, each up to the 415(c) limits no problem.
