Gonna be more of the same in 2020 if the leadership doesn’t change. The pilot group is good at unifying for the most part, but without an aggressive union, management will just shut it down. I don’t think the same union busting techniques of Handsuck will go down like they did but management will just drag this out forever.

We have too many pilots who are comfortable to ever make major contractual gains again.

Yep, hired 15 lost 10. 5 of the 10 had 2000+ seniority numbers and 3 of those had been here less than 2 years.

Still down for the year they say. I think the last set of numbers I saw estimated we needed 15-20 net gain per month to staff the planned fleet growth.

One of the pilots who left had been here less than 6 weeks...

I’ll leave THAT one right...here.


PS. Fleet growth is a FANTASY.
