It tends to be about 50%.

Anyone know the dates of the December and January expos? (If there are any)

After that you can bid out and never see that airplane again.

As for pay, ask around. If you come to work at NetJets it is not possible to make what is published in the pay scales of airline pilot central. The soft money adds up. A lot of new hires find that it is not a pay cut, for some it is a pay raise.

Best of luck to you.
I applied not long after I posted in here, and got the TBNT letter yesterday. I'm not super disappointed, my heart wasn't really in it, plus the previous day I got an email from Delta to complete their on line assessment.

I recently too got a TBNT. Does anyone have experience with applying, getting the TBNT and reapplying at a later time with an interview? How long do I need to wait before I can reapply? I do plan on trying to get in touch with a recruiter to ask them as well along with what would make me more competitive.

I believe that pilot recruitment usually will reassess an applicant after a six-month period. Good for you wanting to try it again! 🙂

Next hiring expo is December 14-15. They plan on continuing to do hiring expo for next year as well. Good luck to everyone that applies.

Do you have to be invited to one of these, and where do you find the specifics?
