Yes. The expo is a hiring event put on specifically for candidates interviewing with NetJets. You have to be invited to attend. To get invited you have to apply on their website. If you meet their criteria then they will schedule a phone screening that last about 30 minutes. If they like you then they can invite you to the next expo immediately or most likely they'll get back to you in a few days with the yes or no invite to the expo. HR is really busy but they do a good job with everything. I went from application submit to getting hired and starting indoc in about 5 weeks total. Get your application in soon if you wanna make the December expo

Great, thank you! I definitely can’t get work off for the December expo dates, but should be able to for January so I’ll apply soon!

Thanks. I applied 2 weeks ago with 10K hours plus. 2k plus jet PIC and got a TBNT this week. I am too experienced? Has Netjets taken the route of some airlines and only hiring younger less experienced pilots?

I think they're still hiring age 65 retirees with tons of time, last month I ran into an retired AA pilot who was one of those and had been there a little over a year. I remember a one point they were backing off on those guys because so many left after the reality of the job hit them (loading bags, cleaning the cabin, etc.). But you could be correct, maybe they don't want to hire someone with the quals to get on with a major airline.
Do you have a college degree?
NetJets values customer service very highly, as much or more so than accomplishments as a pilot. You're flying high net worth individuals around and some celebrities.
If you did not have a phone interview or any direct contract with HR (other than email) I don't know what happened unless it's just something on your resume they didn't like.

I can’t give you any insight into why you got the TBNT, but I can assure you it is not because of age or experience. I was hired this year, am 60 years old, with several thousand hours. My class had old, young, military, civilian, lots of time to barely ATP. I agree with AirBear that customer service is very high on their search list.

How often do the acquisition #s? Can't reapply to the one they have now.

No phone interview. All 121 cargo operator for the last 14 years, passenger airline for 7 years before that, and not close to 65. Have no desire to fly for any major passenger airline...maybe I should have put that in the comments.

If NetJets is where you want to be don't lose hope. There is still a lot of hiring to be done.
Best of luck
