Any first, second or third year FOs that are on the 7/7 care to put down their gross income for 2020? How has the updated FDDP(?) increase gone for you guys?
are 7/7 FOs breaking 100k pretty easily?
Thanks for the info.

2nd year phenom FO on 7/7. Finished at 87k just under 12k of fdp over 22 tours. So far this year just under 5k of fdp on 4 tours. 2 of those tours had no fdp. Not sure about breaking 100k easily last year. If the flying continues this year shouldn’t be a problem.

It’s a shame they won’t hire. Sounds like a great place to be.

Company announced they anticipate hiring to resume 4th quarter. If the flying continues like it has so far I wouldn’t be surprised if it was sooner.

I am on day 3 of a 4 day trip for the regional I work for. Every leg, we were packed full. Reno looked like a Gulfstream and Falcon jet convention. Even pre-Covid, I have never seen denver as busy as it was today. The ramp controller for the Bravo gates sounded like an approach controller for Chicago. There were literally rows of airplanes pushed back from their gates waiting their turn to taxi out. My deadhead to PHX was on a Max-9 packed from nose to tail with people. The terminal in Phoenix was shoulder to shoulder people. It was an explosion of people. The dam has broken and people are on the move.

With all due respect, if netjets hasn’t started hiring, then it seems like hiring fourth quarter probably won’t happen either. The official word from HR was no timeline for hiring in 2021. I’m sure the people running the show at NetJets know exactly what they are doing. I know things are booming off the rails there, too. I heard this weekend was the busiest NetJets has had ever.

Fourth quarter is six months away. Plenty of time to figure out plans.

My FO is a 2018 hire Phenom FO and did over $100k on his second and third year on the 7/7 schedule. I think he did over $120k in 2019.

He can work an extended day once a month and usually exercises it except for 2020 when they weren’t letting us extend. He and I just flew 32 hours in our last 7 day tour. That equates to an additional $3256 for the week plus your regular salary.

Under the new contract, there’s a lot of soft money up for grabs that can make first year pay much better after completing Indoc and sims.

1st year, 7/7 schedule no extra days worked
88k, not including per diem. I voluntary dropped a couple tours, lost around 5k for that I would say. I’m in my second year 7/7 and on pace for 115k plus if things stay this busy. I think I should break 100k no problem even if it slows.

Haven't seen an update on average FDP amounts in a while (post-Covid), so just want to see if anybody is willing to share where they are in FDP through 8 months of the year (with fleet and avg rotation length as well), or what your average hours flown per rotation are looking like right now.
