Some pay for employee parking as some bases charge, have limited parking, or are eternally short staffed and the wait for the van can be problematic. It’s a matter of convenience/preference.

The Citation Ultra/Encore and Hawker 400XP had "honey bucket" lavs, no external service. If I remember correctly we were allowed to tip $20 for the FBO guy to take those out and dump them. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think NetJets has any jets without externally serviced lavs now. Still the $5 tip has been the max since at least 2005, probably longer than that.
