It just seems odd that something like this would happen. Seems these types of comments are purely incendiary and for the entertainment of the poster.

Nothing wrong with transparency at all. HR department HATES it but the more information the better we, the workers, are against management. There is nothing on that W2 that we couldn’t find on the dark net in 30 minutes if so desired.

it’s a generational thing, been proven in research over and over again.

That is one of the most horrific things I’ve read so far on this forum. I am overwhelmingly proud not to be part of a generation willing to participate in identity theft and somehow call it justice.

I sincerely hope I’m not flying with people that think this way.

Peace out.

You know, sometimes "comparing W2's" or whatever variation does not literally mean producing a tax document for review.

Okay Boomer, what are you talking about ID theft? You think comparing salaries is sitting around texting photos of ones actual W2s? You sound like my mom man, afraid of the boogie man. It’s openly discussing what one makes and how hard they work to earn the money. It’s open discussions on finances. It’s actually really good for society as a whole as it helps to eliminate the “keeping up with the Jones”s” mentality.
