General rule of thumb. Shave facial hair for interviews. When you get the job, adapt to their new grooming standards.

A conservative mustache is OK, everything else should go. And if you have tattoos that might be visible keep them covered with your clothing.

I will be attending the expo July 11-13. Anyone else here thag will be there?

Assuming the gouge is pretty spot on from aviationinterviews?

I’ve heard the in person interviews have been more HR heavy and not really any tech questions?

I was asked 3 very basic technical questions, any professional pilot should be able to answer them without studying. Otherwise it was all HR.
