Cheers brother.

He should really consider an emotional support hedgehog or something...

I get it that NJA wasn’t for you. But honestly you weren’t here long enough to spew half the crap you talk about. It’s great that you landed at the dream airline pilot job...FOR YOU. Not everyone wants that. I personally love GA flying and was bored with airline pilot life. Not everything is about you and your very limited time at NJA. NJA is more financially strong now than it’s ever been.

I’ve seen this place..before you came here...as a rudderless ship. This place is firing on all cylinders now. Personally, I think it’s been that way since I think 2018.

I don’t think NJA will furlough. My point was to simply say that if you are worried about switching companies and being vulnerable to furlough, don’t go to NetJets. It’s a fair statement. The sad thing is you have been there longer than I was and you’re junior enough to be likely in the first wave if they do furlough. NJA isn’t the only company vulnerable to this, it’s not a knock on NetJets so you don’t have to take it personally, it’s just the reality.

NetJets is growing? Is it the growth that matters? Pilot growth matters, not adding airplanes so fewer pilots can work harder.

Did NetJets furlough anyone during the worst pandemic in 100 years?
How about the airlines?
It's a fair statement.

I, personally, would be nervous giving up my seniority number at my regional to go to mainline right now. I saw how quickly they started letting people go. Seems like if there is so much as a hiccup they would do it again and sit there with their beaks open looking for more govt money.

Netjets didn’t furlough 1 single person. We even paid people to sit at home to quarantine or recover if needed without touching any PTO or sick time.

No I would not be in the first wave. I was senior enough to miss the last furlough as well.

Furlough? Again, there is no way they can furlough under the current contract with the amount of aircraft we have right now.

If we add more planes than we are disposing of, then that is growth.

Fair statement? Please tell me how Netjets is vulnerable to furlough with our current financial situation.
