NetJets Phone Interview
Hello everyone. I have a phone interview coming up in a week. Can anyone shed some light on what sort of questions to expect and how best to prepare as I would be very grateful.
Thank you!

Agree with above. Phone screen was mostly verifying info on your application/resume, asking a few mandatory HR-type questions (Accidents/incidents, etc.) and a couple TMAAT questions. Very quick and easy. I think I was told to expect 35-45 minutes and it lasted 18.

You guys are awesome, thank you! I am really hoping I get the job eventually as I want to leave the 121 world for something long-term and stable.

Very straightforward, be yourself, be honest, speak with clarity and have a good TMAAT story whether aviation or non-aviation related. There will be standard questions you will be asked after the main questions. They will tell you immediately if they are moving you forward or not.
The most sincere advice I can give is to have a very good reason why you want to leave your current job and why you want to come to NetJets; this is VERY important to them because they want to hire people who will stay not people who will run off to a major or legacy after a few years.
The other big one is customer service and delivering a quality product because this is their core philosophy; in other words this company is everything about the owner/customer. Know their fleet in general and future acquisitions because it shows you took some interest in knowing the company. Watch the YouTube channel too because the videos are very insightful.
Good luck to those interviewing!
