That is what they have always done. "You pilots keep flying the legs we continuously pile onto your schedule or we can't afford to pay you. Oh also check out this huge NetJets hangar and FBO we just built but just remember, no pilots allowed in the lobby..."

I believe the survey ended yesterday. I was surprised not to see it in today's Full Throttle union email. They did say the group has now officially swung to an aggressive stance with management and said things will slowly ramp up now. My best guess is that the VED survey went with extending it again vs letting it expire or terminating it early which doesn't go with the message in today's email so they didn't say yet. Hopefully the ramping up doesn't take as long as it took to get the majority to request aggressive. Upper management is probably having some interesting meetings today after their minions revealed the official union stance change.

[QUOTE=Taildragger90;3512544]Noticed several people saying FDP is drying up. What do you mean? Not flying enough to get it?
According to the union, the overall FDP is not really down. Some fleets are just not getting as much anymore while others must be making up for it. The XLS and Sovereign are having more and more mx issues as they age and are now starting to fly a bit less. The Phenom was and maybe is still getting less due to a lot of them being in mx for renewed interiors and scheduled heavy mx. The Lattitude is having some particular mx issues so some are down waiting on parts.
