I don't think it's the failure. I have near same time (2180 TT, 600 multi, 570 turbine). 400 of that is PIC turbine though. I failed my MV at Republic in Dec 2022. I also went on to a 135 job as CA. I was hired by NJ and in a class now. I told them about the failure on application and in phone interview. They asked if I failed an AQP event and if I was put on special tracking. I said yes and interviewer moved on. I was offered the in-person interview while still on the zoom call, so seem like a non-issue.

So I would probably look at something else as the "gotcha". As someone said, maybe something on your resume doesn't say I want 135 world.
