NetJet benefits

I heard and was wanting to double check. Do you guys get to use your own credit cards every time you're on the road and the company reimburse you? Let you build up award points for travel etc?

Also I was curious if there is any kind of stock purchase plan with the company.

Yes, you may choose to use your own credit card (Hilton Amex is the the most popular by far), though quite a few choose to use the company card. The company card gets you 1 point per dollar spent (for airline awards) and you get to pay for your airline tickets with the company card (direct billed- no points- for those who use their personal cards). You'll probably spend between 15 and 20K for business purposes if you use your own card and 35 to 40K if you use the company card.

There is no way to buy individual stocks with the current 401k and there are no deals on Berkshire Hathaway stock either. That would be pretty nice, but at over 100K per A share, I don't see it happening.
