who are you talking to? me?

If you are then we have 3 approved leather jackets. You can get a free one that's "pleather" and smells when wet, or you can throw down a couple hundred for a very nice real leather jacket (payroll deduct or you can just pay). Also, sweaters are approved for guys who choose.

If you are want to know about NJA cold wx stuff- no leather here. They made us get a super expensive designer overcoat and pay an extra $300 or so from our uniform allowance for the liner to make it usable in the winter whether we wanted the liner and coat or not. We have a choice of a v neck sweater, a cardigan, or a v neck sweater vest if you want something a little warmer over your shirt in the winter. I would vote for leather in a heartbeat, but it is not an option no matter how much the uniform committee tried.

That's a bummer because I like my jacket. I hate being cold when trying to get a job done.
