Do wheels up pilots fly 4-5 legs a day, dealing with dispatch that wants to send you to runways that you will sail right off the end because it’s wet, but they dispatch you dry, cleaning up all the crap the ungrateful passengers leave behind and not tip, while your schedule changes 20 times a day, and if your plane breaks they immediately airline you to another one, and that doesn’t stop until you’re off work, and flying with weirdos who will never fatigue, or won’t write stuff up, and fall asleep in the cockpit, and call to volunteer to do more flying at the end of a very long day, only to get 11 hours off, and the entire time knowing that you have 15 more years until you can upgrade, or 6 more years before you can leave the cramped cockpit of a baby jet?

You would think this is just a "bad day" at NJ. Unfortunately, it becomes 3 days out of 7.
People, you have been warned. Come if you wish and I really hope your happy. But please, don't come in thinking anything is going to change... your schedule will suck, your days will be long, and your upgrades will be 15-20 yrs. If you are happy with that Netjets will welcome you with open arms.
Good luck.

I’ve had some good tours, but they are overshadowed by the norm, which is getting run into the ground mostly. No amount of seniority or gaming the system can get you an even remote amount of predictability to your work week. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t perks to the job, but the day to day QOL on the road is in no way a perk to the job. Your layovers are short always, you never get rental cars to explore, and most of the time you’re too tired to explore or work out.
I am very confident that on the road, NetJets is the worst job in the industry. My first, 24/7 on call, crap charter company job was light years better on the road than NetJets was.

The pilot group is just trying to make their QOL better an management squashes it at every turn. Anything that stops the fright train from going full blast, is gonna raise eyebrows with management. People that write up broken stuff too much, fatigue too much, or sick out day 1, are on the radar. It can all be legitimate things but management doesn’t care.

Not trying to start a ****ing contest. Sorry if it came off that way. Nothing but respect.
I turned down a NJ slot because I thought it would be the exact same miserable BS...

And I very confidently disagree with you : ) but you know what, no one cares , you are talking to the same 10 people over and over on these threads, you aren't changing a lot of hearts and minds, but you are setting a new standard for drama , LOL.

I know you disagree, and just as I am one of the few vocal posters on here who tell it like it is, you are one of the few who sell overt positivity and lies. It didn't work on the crapshow of a union MB NetJets has, and it only works here on people who haven't been hired yet.
