Bose A20 vs DC One-X

Hey all,

I know tons of people are for the Bose A20s, I know this, but it’s Monday and I got sh-t to do! (Movie reference anyone)? Anyway, I’ve read tons about both headsets and most is similar. DCs a bit cheaper and maybe more solid build. Can anyone out there attest to DCs over Bose? Thank you all! Safe flying.

I use the Bose, but that DC Pro X looks amazing. Tried them in Florida and they're really light and comfortable

The DC is two ounces lighter, more comfortable than the Bose and the Lightspeed, is built more ruggedly, and in case looks are important, looks better. Audio and noise reduction are all about the same.

I use the DC and it’s great. Two AAs last about fifty hours of flight time.

Love my One-X. Agree with the above re: comfort and form. It packs down smaller, too. And at $200 cheaper than the Bluetooth A20, I don't know why anyone would go with the Bose.

Love my DC One-X. They’re lighter and more comfortable than Bose and don’t result in pressure points on my head an ears, so you can wear them all day comfortably. The noise canceling is on par, the service from DC is excellent, and they’re less expensive for the same features.

I don’t know why I don’t see more people with them, to be honest.

Because they don’t say Bose on them. Bose products across the company’s entire product line are only average performance. I don’t know why people are willing to pay more for the name.

Exactly. Midrange product sold to dunces at premium prices.

Their whole model is “if it costs the most it must be the best”
