Easiest decision I ever made to turn and walk out 10 minutes into the experience. The place emanated toxicity.

Has the C Suite changed since then?
Guy said owners still fly all the time, very short staffed. One owner is a yeller. I'm pretty new to this but don't think that would be a good way to start.

They reached out for an interview. I'd be a new FO just hit R-ATP min's. Worth pursuing?

Rumor on the street is that you never leave Key Lime, owner randomly fails people on a check rides. Once you get a gear up, due to poor maintenance, you are there for life. I was sent pictures of the one at Denver from April, pilot never put the gear handle down after maintenance worked on the hydraulics. Rampers crashing into planes, they are going to kill somebody some day.

Didn't save the picture of the de-ice truck collision. He said: "go work there and you will learn all about them Then when stockholm syndrome sets in you can bring your friends caveat emptor"

Default Two engine failures and an abort Oh My

Engine failure going into ORD in a 145. One leaving PHX in a DoJet. Engine failure and rejected takeoff in a passenger Metroliner. What could go wrong? Latest I heard was FAA investigating over manipulating SkedFlex to make pilots legal to fly...ouch. Gonna miss these guys.
