Question Hi all need help

Just a quick question i need my fellow flight attendant to answer me question I work as a cabin attendant for an airline here in south Florida does the airline company has the right to hold your KCM and NATA badge until you complete you IOE and thank you guys for your help

Don't know what NATA is but yes the company can absolutely decide when, or if, to grant you access to KCM. It's not a "right" by any means.

Any policy they set is valid, include simply not participating in KCM at all.

Only alibi on that would be if they single you out, ie you're somehow treated differently that other employees for no good reason. You could grieve that, or perhaps sue them.
