Default Commutair info help?

Anyone working for Commutair out there? I know CLE is cranking up, but is PLB possible to get (I live in BTV) out of the box? Also, APC says two years to upgrade, is that still true if you have the quals (and then some...)

Thanx everyone.

Why not look at Big Sky? From BVT you could easily drive to BOS, and with their planned expansion, it should be a really fast upgrade.

If you have the quals, they're also looking for street captains.

Dustoff, I commute to BTV from detroit (mesaba) and I'm very happy I chose that route rather than going with alpha flying (for manchester NH), Big Sky or Eagle (for Boston), Commutair (for PLB...which is now gone), or Colgan (for syracuse albany or manchester).

The above used to be the only places I was considering, and wow am I glad I expanded those horizons. FWIW I'm very happy with XJ, there is a flght leaving DTW at 9pm every day and all of our trips end by 7 at the latest so I never miss it. I also got a crashpad for cheap in DTW for when I commute in the day before (flt leaves BTV at 4pm) and for a whole month of reserve (5 on 3 off). I'm home plenty, and I don't have to pay for gas money driving home from any of the places listed above.

Is there a sim ride during the interview?

Any idea where I can get a copy of the BVT ILS 15 Jepp plate?

I'm going to take an intuitive guess that you've been reading the sample interview gouge on CA, where the guy writing it lists that he was given the BVT ILS 15 approach. ok, well I think the guy had a dyslexic moment and actually meant to write BTV ILS 15.

I think that's what you really need. Here's a link to a NACO copy:

Yeah, I know, it's not a jepp plate; but, at least it's free.

Sorry, I don't have the definite answer to that Q; but, from what I can gather I don't think that there is. btw, I'm also interested in CA... so PM me after your interview if you have the time, I'd be interestered to hear how it all goes for you.

Does anyone know what their hiring plans are in terms of numbers? I just applied last night. What kind of wait time should be expected for those that get calls?
