Default Cape Air vs Plane Sense, Boutique

Crickets on the Cape Air thread..

What are you thoughts as a street captain between those 3?

Salary is a lot more with the last 2. Not to mention the C402 is about to retire..

I've heard a lot about a 30k training contract at Cape Air.

Boutique is an alright place to work. If u get Denver based u will not have a great QOL versus living at another base. Just curious what makes u want to go to a 135 instead of a regional?

Years ago the money and life was not that great at the regionals. I know most of them and EVEN MESA are offering bonuses and increased pay. But I have a little bad taste and I don't know if I will be picked up by a major some day. I enjoyed flying at 135 operators cause of the little more freedom I used to have.

I hear good things about Boutique. I don't have kids so 60K is fine..it will pay the bills..

I'm at Boutique and like it - though getting hired is the real pain. Aside from the interview process taking forever, staffing is about where they need it* so hiring seems to be slowing down.

*Except Denver, seems like they always need pilots.
