Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tradewind. Boutique or Surf would be the only ones that I would consider if I was looking for a PC-12 part 135 operation. I have friends at both and they are way happier than I was at Tradewind.

Mustang Aviation....pay is getting retarded high for the job. Pa-31 freight and king air charters.
I need a freight pilot now. Starting pay is approaching 70k, 5k sign on bonus, 1500 moving allowance, health care 100% covered and 401k match. (For about 2.1 hrs of flying a day)
If you like the Midwest, and actually have the skills to fly IFR in terrible weather, pm me.

Countour Aviation, formerly Corporate Flight Management in MQY is good. I flew JS32's for them, and those old planes were well maintained. I was never pressured to fly period. If I made a no go decision for any reason, the CO and DO backed me without question. I had a great schedule at my particular assignment and the pay was livable when I was there two years ago. It's a little less competitive in my opinion now that pay is on the rise. Benefits were the only down side there. Health insurance was stupid expensive and no 401k match.
