Quest Diagnostics - jumpseat

Does Anyone have any info or contacts who might know about jumpseating on "labquest"?

At this time, we dont allow jumpseaters. It would be a great benefit in the future though.

Thank you for the response.

Why not? Do you guys try and jumpseat on the airlines?

We have only had our 135 cert for a couple years. Jumpseat privileges have not been talked about yet. We have no agreements with other airlines for jumpseat or nonrev privileges, so the pilots are unable to take advantage of that benefit.

Any update on this?

No changes. If selected for an interview for captain or SIC, you will have an interview flight. Also once hired, you can bring along family.

We are currently looking for a SIC at our RDG base. See the Quest Diagnostics 2018 thread in this same forum.

What does that mean exactly? Bring them along where?

Some bring their kid, spouse, or parent on a route with them. Others bring their kid home from college for the weekend or bring parents into town to visit. With the major cities we go into, sometimes it just works out.

Got it. Thanks.
