If the end goal was say Fedex/UPS, Do I get take the SIC lear spot with the possibility of upgrading to PIC in 6 - 12 months, or do I go on to the regionals?

Thanks

well how important is PIC time to you? If you go to a regional it will be at least a couple years before you even get to become PIC there. In 6-12 months you can start building up your PIC time at Airnet. PIC time is PIC time. Choose what place will make you happy and hope you have many contacts at FedEx/Ups. Good luck

I'll 2nd that, if you're in the lear, stay in the lear until you get some solid PIC. You're already there, and you'll go to the bottom of the list at any airline, might as well stay where you're at. Plus, 135 flying, for me, is more fun.

Post this question in the cargo section. Maybe you will get some UPS/FedEx guys to repond. I would imagine they would be able get you a better perspective on the situation.
