Perfect timing for me haha. Getting hired and based in Texas, not asking for that much 😁

Rightfully so..They should require 135 PIC mins or higher period and establish probation period with strict rules to avoid problems from the past..

Per their HR,”There is a one year 25k training contract required.”

Thanks, but no thanks. A PC12 does not require a type rating. I can understand system training, etc. is required, but I cannot see how a $25k contract is required. I flew for a 135 on a twin-turbine last year and they did not require a training contract. My citation type rating did not even costs $20k
Ok... it is 1 year . Didn’t ask for 5. At the end it is about the money they spend on training and want something in return.

We have 45s, 47s and NGs. Dallas pilots used to fly around 80 a month, they are doing some reorganizing there so hard to say what the figure will be. An amazing company to work for.

I read that raises are 5k/yr. What does a captain top out at?
Year 1. 60k + 5k bonus =65k
Year 2. 65k + 20k retention = 85k
Year 3. 70k + 20k retention = 90k

Pretty good money for 4 days a week on a Pc12.
