Their website hiring page has a list of requirements as well as an application link…

Word of caution: if you want to go to the airlines, flying a seaplane puts you at elevated risk for incidents and accidents on your record.
Why do you say that about the elevated risk? What specifically is the cause of that?

You're far from the world of painted centerlines and having Mommy tell you what the wind is. If you need a magenta line you're toast. Flotsam and a-hole jetskiers to avoid as well - even in Alaska! Amphibs also raise the risk - even if you do everything right the gear is comparitively fragile & unreliable.

I had a phone call with someone from the hiring department over some general questions before I decided to pursue a seaplane add on or not.
Told me that their interview/hiring process can be somewhat long for SIC and the contract can be upwards of 2 years long. The SIC contract was 6 months to 1 year "performance based" and how many hours you are hired with, and the PIC contract is 1 year. I failed to ask if they were separate and if you "sign on" as an FO if you're also signing to stay on to upgrade as PIC.

Anyone that works or has worked here can help me? I have an interview scheduled this month with them.

Hey I'm looking at applying here too, how many hours do you have and do you have a ASES rating? I'm also trying to get my cover letter, resume, and DD214 on file less than 500kb and am having serious trouble with it. Maybe you can help

Any news? Seems like a fun place to go with a wet CPL and an ASES add-on, what was the final word on the training contract?
