The guys who are CFIs just to build time who don't enjoy it are useless garbage, and someone saying you should get one and if you don't you lack motivation etc is just plain wrong.

Of course. But I would say, as a general rule (there are obviously exceptions here with some 135 SIC jobs), 135 SIC/PIC experience is much much more valuable than CFI time when considering the workload in air carrier training.

I didn't go there judging anyone's work ethic. There some value skills that are gained CFIing that will translate well into a 121 crew environment that isn't necessary directed to just having a good stick.
