At this point in your career, I would stick with the company that gave you a chance until you hit your 1500 hours TT.

What's so bad about PR besides their current economy issues?

I have over 4000 hours turbine PIC and after taking a vacation in PR, if I could afford to, I'd gladly bomb around a islander down there.

Nothing bad about PR, just personal preference. Weather here is not for everyone.

I'm extremely grateful for my job and the opportunity they gave me.
