Air Choice One
I'm sure this has been asked but looking for some updated information on Air Choice One.
I was offered a FO position with them today, For any current or recent pilots.... How did you like the company? Pros cons?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I have 340 TT right now, commercial, instrument, cfi. And they have a 2 year contract for FO's with 250-500 hours, $10,000 if you leave early, non pro rated.. update you to Captain at 1200hrs is what they said. I've just been flight instructing for the last few months, so never been in the 135 world.
So like I said.. and and all information is greatly appreciated!

I would not sign a 2 year contract with that pay. You don't know how much you'll be flying either and if it turns out not to be much; you're stuck there.
I too had an offer from AC1 but respectfully declined when told about the 2 year contract.
Good luck!

Yea that contract doesn't have me to excited. I own and operate a business that pays the bills... more or less just looking for something to fill my time with for right now. Flight instructing is great, but can only go around the pattern so many times! But also hate to get to STL and sit there for 3 days and not fly for whatever reason.

Haha! I know it's tempting but I wouldn't do it unless you absolutely had NO choice and had exhausted all of your resources. Did you ever apply to Boutique?

That's my point exactly. You never know what you're going to get and no way out unless you fork up the $.

Not yet!, I have my CPL checkride scheduled on October 7th, and I thought I should wait, because you never know....I could apply and never get a call, or they could call me 3 hours later and I'd have to lie about having my certificate ready to go. Captain Murphy's Law
But I'll apply for sure in a few weeks. If they need F/O in MSP I can be there in no time haha.

Good luck on your checkride. I heard that Boutique is hurting bad for pilots at MSP. Get your app in the day you pass your ride.
