Hello- APC members-
Island Air Service in Kodiak, AK is currently looking for a Cherokee 6 pilot. This is a year round position. Island Air is known for a top-of-the-line training program, and will prepare you for flying in Kodiak. - Cherokee Position requires Part 135 VFR minimums. Prefer 1000 Hours plus. Duties include loading and unloading aircraft, dealing with harsh weather conditions, and working short, gravel runways. After 1 year of flying the Cherokee, there is possible opportunity to move into a twin-engine BN lslander or Cessna Caravan. After two years in wheels there is a possibility to fly floats for Island Air.
