Sierra West Airlines QoL

I have an invitation to their ground school at the end of the month and was looking to see if anyone has any info on this company?

Do you like flying clapped out **** boxes all over Mexico and being on call 24/7?

Sierra West

I was wondering too, got an invite to interview for a Lear position. Can't make it that soon, but they will run more classes. Are their Lears any good, like updated from the 70's?

I strongly recommend that you folks do a lot of reading about Sierra West in other threads on this site. I would leave aviation before I'd consider tolerating the treatment other's have described in their time at SW.

Avoid at all costs.

Any other updates on this company? I'm also wondering what the current pay is for Sierra West.

Were you able to get any additional info on the company? I am looking for information on the Metroliner they fly. INDOC, Vspeeds, Systems?

DBLA831 11-17-2018 01:06 PM

Why do say avoid? Can you share any details?
