Cirrus Aviation has Immediate Openings

Cirrus Aviation is Las Vegas' largest private jet charter company. With a current fleet of 10 aircraft and growing we are looking to fill pilot positions on our current fleet as well as new aircraft being added. Our fleet is locally owned and operated under Part 91 and Part 135. We have an Argus Platinum Safety rating and worldwide Ops Specs.

Compensation is made up of a base salary plus an hourly component as well as incentive day pay. Pilot pay is above Pro Pilot Survey averages with yearly raises of $6K per year (5yr plan). The Company provides full benefits with medical, dental, vision and a 401K matching up to 4%. Compensation is reviewed yearly with the goal of remaining very competitive.

We currently staff each aircraft with 3 pilots. This normally allows for 10 days off. The company guarantees 8 days off but if you volunteer for less you will receive a day rate for each of those days.

It is a great time to come aboard!

Any possibility of “home based” or must relocate?

Rockc 01-29-2018 12:48 PM

Curious about home basing as well.

RadialGal 01-30-2018 03:12 PM

I also am interested in the possibility of home basing. May I please PM you?

FO position

Would lower total time be looked at or is 1000 the cutoff?

Proceed here with caution......these folks will hang you out to dry.....CP and DO....non committal verbiage in the interview ...notice no pay scales and no commitment to days off......the ole man still runs the show in the background....so up front folks are puppets.....it’s what is not said....which is a lot.....much better places to work

Excargodog 10-08-2019 07:08 PM

Anybody who won’t even provide the pay scales probably isn’t anyone you want to apply to...

Welcome to the forum, CirrusAV..

Hi CirrusAv,

Welcome to the forum. Many 135 operators list their compensation packages on their Profile page on the forum. Is there any way that you guys can get that updated to better reflect your pay and benefits? It is a great recruiting tool, and the more information on there about your Company, the better.

Take care...
