Its not. It’s now better. And there’s a new scale for super mid/large cabin Captain.

this is accurate for the first couple of years.

I had not heard this. Think I saw someone say you were back to good insurance though. How much a month are you paying and are their copays too?

Depends on the plan/insurance. The crappier insurance for pilot+spouse was 55/75/95 per pay period of 2 weeks (depending on deductible) or 155/175/195 for good Cigna insurance.

So if you purchase the good Cigna insurance $195 x 26 weeks = $5070 for the year. Are there still out of pocket costs after that? Copays for each visit as well?

It’s a $0 deductible plan, besides that I have no clue. I’m not even really sure what I’d pay with the plan I’m using lol.
