Gama Aviation/Wheels up pay scales

Yes, this is a managed aircraft. Part 91 owner and 135 on demand charter. Part of a 3-aircraft operation. Previous PIC flew all 3 aircraft; other aircraft are Citations. All aircraft stay very busy. Unsure of pay.

I just returned from Indoc and they announced that if you have the ATP hours, they will send you the new school that is required for the ATP rating. This school is a whopping $5000 fee
Gama announced that they would pay for the school for accepted SICs but lower your first year salary to $50K to pay for the school.
Seemed to me like a decent deal but each person would evaluate it differently.

Incorrect. While day to day schedules vary due to the nature of on demand charter, your actual work schedule is known well in advance. You do 8/6 rotations with travel on days 1 and 8. If you have to show to the airport before 0600 on Day 1 or get back after midnight on Day 8, you get an extra $500.
You're home based so there's no commuting. Having worked in the airline business and watched domiciles downsize and/or close, it's great to have a secure domicile. And while the company can choose to "close" a domicile, if you're already based there you're "grandfathered" in and you don't get displaced.
I notice your profile says you're an RJ FO. Do you or have you actually worked at Gama/WU?
Above description applies to Gama/WU, not Gama managed aircraft. That's a different arrangement and varies by aircraft.
