Any drill/UTA days that impede your 8 day on duty tour will be docked. I try to reschedule my UTAs to my 6 days off to avoid that, thereby 'double dipping' in a manner of speaking.

Any active duty orders you will be put on mil leave without pay. I recently was given Title 10 non-vol partial mobilization orders and was on leave; communication is key when returning to Gama off active duty as they will restart your compensation and benefits the very next day you come off orders/leave.

PNS. Serviced by AA, Delta, United, Southwest, and Silver.

But I could do TLH if necessary.

TLH is a domicile, PNS isn’t at this time.

I live in Panama City. ECP is Tier 2. Delta, Southwest, United and American all fly out of there.

Lightbulb How about the Casper beds, though?

The pay scale is just part of the story...

I hear from my GAMA buds that guys have gotten Casper beds for Christmas on top of a bonus.. Pretty awesome!

Then, there's something about Uber eats?

Sounds like there are a lot of soft money opportunities for you guys over there, aside from the great insurance and decent pay...

Good for you all!

Actually there is very little in the way of soft money. For example, there's no extra for working a national holiday and vacation is capped at one 8 day period per year whether you've been here for 1 year or 6. The sick policy is basically a use it or loose it policy. No buyback option and no payout of your balance when you leave.
The gifts were from Wheels Up. Memory foam mattress 3 years ago, ring security camera 2 years ago but nothing last year. The $1,000 Christmas bonus has been paid consistently every year though.
The pay is decent and the health insurance is very good but unless you work over time you're pretty much going to earn the posted salary.
