Default Part 135 oral

Im getting ready for my first 135 oral. There is a lot of "pepper and fly sith" if you are really expected to know everything. What is usually expected during your oral?

Know what you can and can’t do. Review company manual and OpSpecs. You don’t need to memorize everything, but you should know what you can do in your aircraft. Good luck!

Plenty of stuff out there

Reads fsims and 135 regs and your company should prepare you with a mock oral.
Treat it like a police interrogation, answer the question and that’s it.
Do NOT volunteer information.
If your POI is an old coot let him tell you his war stories.
If he’s younger watch out.

Look at 14 CFR Part 135.293(a1 and 4-8)

Not sure what you mean by a younger guy? More knowledgeable? Thinks he's more knowledgeable?

Thinks he has something to prove. A nit picker. A resume builder, if you will.
