Default Planet Nine Falcon 7X Charter out of VNY

Any initial info? Looks like VNY base and I assume Falcon time is advantageous. Sounds like several local people also formerly associated with Zetta Jet at VNY. CFO is former Netjets CFO.

Falcon 7X is a very capable airplane. I’ve heard mixed reviews about flying it - especially from people with previous Falcon 2000/900 experience. Anyone have experience on it? Impressions?

Stay away from these people.

The owners are two of the shadiest self serving people in the industry. They claim to be victims from the Zetta collapse but are they? A simple google search of Cassidy's name beforehand would have revealed that he was a scumbag and Seagrim claims he had no knowledge of Cassidy's actions including using one of the globals for hundreds of hours of personal use. Ask yourself this, how does a DO of a company not know where one of his planes is and who's using it. He's either the worst business owner of all time or in on it, I suspect both.

They started this ridiculous AOC 6 months prior to the collapse of Zetta and hand picked a few people to help them out. Meaning they knew Zetta was failing, they wanted it to eventually fail so they could wipe out the debt which was millions. They continued to hire people knowing what the ultimate fate would be. Then comes an email on the 28th of November saying the doors will be shut in two days leaving dozens of employees without warning or a paycheck.

Then Planet9 launches with this ridiculous ethos of being environmentally friendly. I think we can all agree that burning 35000 lbs of fuel to fly 2 people from LA to Paris is not exactly friendly to our environment.

Most of the talent that AAM and Zetta had bailed off this ship and went to the airlines. Leaving this company with a couple of good people, a maintenance department that turns more forks through spaghetti than wrenches and an ownership group that likes to play "businessmen of the year" with other peoples money.

Goodnight and good luck.
