There are plenty of 135 companies that’ll hire FO’s with practically no time. Surf Air hired FO’s with 300 hours a few years ago. Advanced Air might require 600 or 700 ish.
Ameriflight hires low time FO’s into a Brasília, which is probably the best resume builder out there of any company to go to with low time. They’ll mold you into one hell of a pilot.
Go flight instruct in the Bay Area if you have family or friends that’ll let you live with them so you can actually afford to live there. A bunch of places pay instructors $80/HR.
Regardless there are plenty of options out there for low time pilots that don’t involve pay to play.

Not undermining the industry and taking a job from someone else because you're willing to fork over money to pay for the job.
There's a difference from being a customer and renting a plane, and being a professional pilot with a job to do that makes money for a company.
