Which ever one hires you first.

In all honesty it will be tough to get on at some of those with just 500 hours. Boutique and PlaneSense especially.

Depends what you are looking for in a job. Money, schedule, location, or quick hour building? It seems like most companies have at least two of those qualities. Some more some less. I’d rank those 4 qualities top to bottom and make sure your top two are going to be met as a minimum then as you narrow down your search you can start getting pickier with each company. Just my two cents.

P.S. I would only sign a training contract if it was my last resort or I knew I loved the company and was going to stay there for an extended period of time. Also small 135 ops at your local airport are great places to get your feet wet In the 135 world. You don’t have to exclusively pick from the big guys :D

At 500 hours at Ameriflight, you only option is in the E120 and it will depend if there are openings or not.
