Applied on the day they opened up the posting for the FO position.. haven’t heard back at all. Anybody have more success with them here? From what I heard from a pilot working there, most of the spring classes seem to be made up of insider recommendations, so off the street competition is something quite fierce...

Hi there, just got done with my initial interview with Tradewinds, technical on Monday. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would also love feedback on anyone who has worked there before. How long does it generally take to upgrade from FO to Captain, I am currently at 1530TT. I know the industry right now is pretty much take whatever you can get, but would also like to hear about living off the 34k, especially in CT and NY where rent is anywhere from 1k to 2k a month.
