Jetsuite X 135s
A couple of questions,
Does anyone know how the Emb-135 California flying is doing?
Are there still plans to add more aircraft and routes?
I know they are hiring, but what can a new FO expect in terms of training, pay, and schedules?
finally, what is the upgrade potential for someone already rated on the EMB 135/145?
any info is appreciated.
Thanks.

All correct. The Vegas flights are killing it between BUR-LAS. The SJC-BUR has just started so it's going to take time. We also have some other nice routes in the works. Plan is to have quite a few airframes by the end of the year.
The Phenom side (where I am) is doing a revamp on the interior as we speak and rumor is we may have our first -300 by the end of the year, of course that's TBD.
All in all, a great place to hang your hat, quality of life is great and we do some fun flying.

Pay is day rate. Average between 16-19 days a month with opportunity to pick up more with productivity pay and long day pay. Company credit card for hotels, crew meals etc....training on our side (phenom) is at CAE, I know the 135's are done at FSI. Great place to work, awesome pilot group and MX is great.
