Default Cape Air and the Tecnam P2012

For those of you flying the 402 and/or the P2012 for Cape Air, how does the empty weight of both aircraft compare (with or without pilot).
I am wondering whether 40 years of technology and material inovation have allowed to lower the OEW of two very similar aircraft (or improved the structural efficiency OEW/MTOW)
Also, is the Cape Air P2012 equipped with FIKI? AC? Cabin heat? Are the onboard equipment similar?

Also but unrelated, does Cape Air offer Duty Rig / Daily Min / Trip Rig for their pilots?
