Walk do not run. Elite sets a new low for the Florida dirt bag 135 market. You will live on min rest. A day where you did not get an asap will be considered your day off. If you bring up a duty time issue, or become fatigued and call management, you will be released. The listings on the orange site are due to this. My understanding is that they are having financial troubles and need to push the dwindling pilot group to remain profitable.
If you're interested in the Phenom and home basing Jetsuite seems like a great place. I bumped into a training captain at an Fbo and he seemed like a good guy and a straight shooter. They recently have improved work schedule and pay to boot.

i doubt it. Many operators have used or still using covid as an “excuse” to abuse pilots because they know they can’t just leave and go somewhere else like they could back in the day. Some operators switched to a longer schedule and are still using said schedule. Some places still have frozen pay etc.
