Defining "best" could vary widely based on your experience. The options available to a higher time pilot are likely much better than those available to someone with a wet commercial. People can probably give better advice if you can provide a background.

My background is that I’m flying for an airline in Charlotte. Still an FO at the airline. Around 1800 hours, 800 of which are SIC jet time

flyExclusive

Much better than a 121 regional. We don’t work as hard as the Gama crews on the Wheels Up program, though we do a ton of supplemental lift for them and have all jet fleet.

Fixed 8on & 6off schedule (known days off for months in advance), company paid positive space tickets to work (obviously), no reserve or standby on hard days off, company AMEX to pay for hotels, uber, ect., pilots pick own hotels, $57/ day per diem, pilots keep hotel points & airline miles...to name a few.

More info:

PM me with additional questions.
