Default Baker Aviation Back at It: Hiring PIC/SICs

Hello all,

Previous or current X drivers interested in learning more about an immediate opening for Citation PIC/SIC position with the following quals:

PIC mins

2. 2500 total time
3. ATP

* 8/6 schedule, home basing
* $100k base salary,
* $130 per flight hr flown (not block hour), expect a minimum of 600 hrs annually; annual raise of $10 per flight hour
* $85 domestic, $135 international
* $30 an hr company contributes to profit sharing with no required matching- distributed 1Q of foillowing year to a T Rowe Price 401 K account you control

Quick summary for annual compensation is $100K (base)+ $78K (flying hour compensation based upon 600 hrs)+$18K (401K/profitsharing) = $196K annual, most pilots are averaging slightly more for those who come out a day early or stay a day later

SICs

All of the above remains the same except for:

* Extra day pay: $1000 a day
* No Training Agreement
Total annual compensation $60K+$36K (600 hrs @60)+18K (401K/profitsharing) + $114K.

Upgrades occur at 2500 hrs TT with 500 hrs, 6-12 months depending on total hours and performance as SIC

Tight knit group of pilots who are mission driven but totally safety conscious. ASAP, KCM, SMS program in place. Our Xs on the line average 130-160 hrs of flying a month. That equates to 65-80 hrs per pilot.

MX is outstanding thanks to a proactive DOM, 15pics a day of each airplane (fluids, brake pads, O2, etc) to plan for overnight mx when necessary. Our pilots work with DOM to solve problems with an 80's technology airplane.

No whiners, only persons who love to fly high (FL470), fast (.90 when we can) and are allergic to coats, ties and shots. Pilots who love sitting in a hotel/FBO when they could be flying, do not apply.

Multiple veterans, young aviators with X experience, retired 121ers (yes you will be working full time and harder than you did with your 121 gig), 135 only pilots who are problem solvers.

We are not for everyone, flying 7 X's currently, probably more in the near future if we can find the right pilots, we have the planes

We do have parttime pilots flying now, come onboard, prove yourself and parttime is a possibility (8/20) but you have to prove yourself first. Worry about the pay after you've been here for awhile.

Apps used are Foreflight, Jet Insight, Genesis, previous experience not required.

Send resume to [email protected] and DM me on here and/or call me 214.924.9033

Reason for hiring, departures of PIC/SICs to 121 job opportunities, slight expansion of fleet.

98% success rate for clients in completing the flight they have purchased. "RODEO" is the callsign, only 135 carrier who's callsign is on the side of the airplane (post pics if you have seen us around); track tails on Flight Aware, KOW51, KOW955, KOW733, KOW4757, KOW910, KOW992, KOW201, KOW102 to get a feel for ops tempo and where we fly.

If I've offended anyone with my post, pls don't apply, you wouldn't be a good fit.

Thanks for reading

Veterans make up about 85% of the SICs (SkillBridge folks mostly, all shapes and sizes, helos only, Osprey, WSOs with GA flying, heavy time but out of currency) and PICs are about 50% veterans.

We've had recent departures go to UAL, DAL, SWA, AA and to P91 gigs closer to their homes...all encouraged to find their happy place. Baker can be a home for those who want to make it that but we encourage all pilots who come here to find what makes them happy and good for their families.

Seems to be working so far.

Any X drivers with low time in the X and current, pls call me for a late April recurrent start date. No jerks apply, save us both some time.

Serious players only.

send resume to rwhite@baker-<a href="http://aviatio...iation.com</a>
