A stand up cabin, a full lav serviced from the outside, an SPR, T/R's AND an APU. What more would you possibly want?

Default Air Crew 360

I see it as a step in the right direction. By virtue of the items they are addressing--albeit in small ways in many cases--it shows they are at least hearing the things that create issues for us on the road as well as the pay. Nice that we don't have to "Mother may I for a GrubHub order each day," and since I've only had a couple days that were NOT 4, 5, or 6 leg days the little bit of extra pay will be nice; should add up to $500-$1000 more per week on the road. Seems like they really need to be addressing staffing at Ops as well. I often try to call and the phone just rings and rings.

Anyone wondering about coming to WUP now private message me. I’ve been in the Gama fleet for 3 years and can give you the honest pros and cons, along with the true details of the 360 program they’ve rolled out. Plus there’s a sizable bonus for referrals, so we’ll both win if you decide it’s right for you. If you’re thinking WUP might be the company for you, now is the time to get your seniority number. PMs are open

Default Hiring

What’s the King Air starting salary lately? 90 or 93?
What are the requirements to move over to jet?
Thanks!

If a fella was given the option of the King Air or the Beechjet is their any advantage to one over the other at Wheels Up? Pay, scheduling, QOL etc?

I’m on the King air, you couldn’t pay me enough to go fly the beech jet lol. Advantage is much newer avionics and planes, disadvantage is you’re going .50ish vs .72ish

Default Hiring process

Has anyone here went through the hiring process for WU in the last 5-6 months? Just have a couple questions about the process and your experience.
