Same here. Did it for over 3 years without anyone saying anything

Not the way it's supposed to work but if you can get away with it. Great.

Accepted a job offer on the BE400 today. Looking forward to it. It has to be better than the regional grind.

I also just submitted an acceptance of a job offer to the BE400. Pretty easy going interview process.

What is a typical tour like on the be400? This will be my first job on the 135 side. Curious to see the differences between this type of flying & 121.

After looking through this thread I haven’t seen any recent posts about upgrade minimums, or just missed them. Are the captain minimums posted on the site hard mins for upgrade and DECs, or are they different if on property as an FO?

If they're anything like the BE400's (Hawker 400XP's) we had at NetJets you'll spend most your time waiting for the jet to be fixed or airlining to a new jet.
I had 1 entire 7 day tour where I never even left the hotel because our assigned jet never got out of mx.
They're also very performance limited. At Aspen once the temp hit the high 70's we couldn't make our single engine climb numbers.
I think my longest leg was around 3 hours and that was a ferry flight with full tanks. Throw some pax on and it's rare to go more than 2.0-2.5.

Was for a completely different company, but when I got my King Air type rating at CAE, I asked the examiner about single seat cert and he said I could do it no problem. Kicked my partner out at the end of the check ride, did a single engine missed to full stop. Easy extra 5 mins.

(this was 2013, not sure if the rules changed)
